How the Porcini Risotto at Tony's is Made

Watch Tony's chef de cuisine Kate McLean cook a porcini risotto with Deborah Duncan in this clip. McLean was promoted from sous chef to chef de cuisine at that venerable Houston institution when Grant Gordon left to open Vallone's steakhouse in the Memorial City area. Known as the first woman to hold this position at Tony's, it made sense to highlight her talent for this "Women in the Kitchen" segment. Check out the video below:
