UPPER KIRBY— Nara is launching both a lunch service and a social hour. For lunch, chef/owner Donald Chang has crafted a menu of new dishes and flatbreads to be served daily from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. From now until the end of March those dishes will be half-price. The social hour service will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on weekdays and will feature $7 bites including open-faced soup dumplings, Korean-style chicken wings, miso shrimp tempura and bao. RIVER OAKS— Just a reminder that the Soter Vineyards Wine Dinner will be held at 60 Degrees Mastercrafted March 24 beginning at 6 p.m. with a pre-dinner reception.
