Welcome to the first annual Calzone Power Hour. For the next 60 minutes, Eater will be covering the controversial pocket of cheesy, sauce-filled goodness. (Is it just a folded pizza stuffed with regular pizza toppings? Is it an Italian empanada, or a different beast altogether? Isn't it just another word for stromboli?)
