Welcome to Pizza Week's Calzone Power Hour

Welcome to the first annual Calzone Power Hour. For the next 60 minutes, Eater will be covering the controversial pocket of cheesy, sauce-filled goodness. (Is it just a folded pizza stuffed with regular pizza toppings? Is it an Italian empanada, or a different beast altogether? Isn't it just another word for stromboli?)

There's a chart comparing calzone prices, a map of places with walk-friendly pockets that are (almost) better than their saucer counterparts and a few random local calzones that have caught Eater's eye. Suggestions or questions on the best local calzone? Share in the comments.
