Midtown's Upcoming Food Truck Park to Open April 4

Joining in the ranks of My Food Park HTX, Mangum Food Park and the East End's Houston Food Park is Midtown Mobile Cuisine, an upcoming food truck park slated to open in Midtown early next month. CultureMap reports that this park will be different thanks to the on-site power, which should make guests' dining experiences more enjoyable, since "Houston's other parks, trucks use generators to power their electrical systems, and the resulting din and fumes can undermine the quality of the experience." The park will launch softly on April 4, as the owners are still recruiting trucks.
