Next month, the Heights will have a new place to head for gourmet burgers and beer when Warehouse Bar & Chill debuts to the public. The upcoming bar and restaurant is looking to set itself apart with an expansive menu and creative lunch and dinner options served out of an unassuming warehouse. They're still working on a pretty impressive, sprawling patio that should be ready to go before the high summer temps hit. Owner Charles Canales tells Eater that he hopes to also offer plenty of veggie dishes, salads and creatively flavored wings here, but that it's the burgers that will be a highlight.
Additionally, Canales is bringing in 24 different taps of mostly local craft beer as well as some imports. The first-time restaurant owner says that he expects to be open within four weeks at the space that once housed the Country Kitchen.
