Clark Cooper Concepts's newest opening, Punk's Simple Southern Food, is fast approaching. Eater's recent look at the progress puts the opening sometime in the next few weeks. Here, that company's executive chef Brandi Key stands next to co-owner Grant Cooper as they gaze up the soon-to-debut space.
