Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management students are joining forces with Wyndham Houston West Energy Corridor for a mutually beneficial partnership: The students get to train and the hotel gets a number of innovative cocktails for their guests. Professor and institute director Glenn Cordúa (yes, of the Cordúa restaurant group), will have his students offer three specialty cocktails every semester, each $12.95 per drink, with $1 of each cocktail sold benefitting the University of Houston.
