Georges and Monique Guy recently returned to the Lower Westheimer spot that most recently housed Feast to open Georges Bistro. Here, the Chron's Greg Morago mentions some of the "true French cooking" locals will find there, including "foie gras terrine; snails stuffed with garlic, parsley and butter; frisee salad with goat cheese and dry ham; duck and pork rillettes" among other classic dishes.
