LISTICLES— Eater National assembled a list of the 18 hottest places to visit for sushi. On the map is Houston's own Nara: "Though it's technically a modern Korean restaurant, chef Donald Chang's newcomer Nara has gotten a lot of buzz in Houston for its extensive sushi menu. There's a wide range of nigiri — as well as 'nigiri with toppings' — plus specialty rolls such as the Nara roll, made with prime rib bulgogi, pickled radish, spinach, carrot, and egg omelet." See the complete list here. [-EN-]
FOOD LIT—Sugar & Rice's second issue is now available, and it's a bright pink stunner. Subscribe to the magazine to enjoy creative new perspectives on any and all things Houston. Here's a peek at the new issue, via magazine co-founder and local restaurateur Chris Cusack. [Eaterwire]
BEER HERE— This Saturday is The League of Extraordinary Brewers' Easter Egg Hunt Pub Crawl. Starting at 2 p.m., participants will gather one egg at each bar they visit before returning to the League (907 Franklin) to enjoy an after party. More info here. [Eaterwire]
