Feast Your Eyes on the Guest Sommeliers at 60 Degrees

One of Houston's foremost sommeliers, Vanessa Treviño Boyd, is gathering her fellow oenophile friends for the Guest Sommelier series held at Certified Master Chef Fritz Gitschner 's 60 Degrees Mastercrafted. The participating sommeliers come from a variety of local restaurants and beverage companies, and they're ready to pass on their pro tips and share their best wine.

The series began April 22 with 13 Celsius' Adele Corrigan; it will continue through the spring and summer with Tuesday evening tastings from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Each guest will receive samplings of six wines as well as a cheese board for $45.00 per person. Because each session is capped at 20 people, you'll want to call ahead. Make a reservation at 713-360-7757 or email the restaurant here. See the complete lineup of sommeliers below:

April 29: Antonio Gianola (Houston Wine Merchant), "Bubbles In All Their Glory"
