BEER HERESaint Arnold Brewing Company is expanding its lunch menu this Monday (April 7). Lunch specials rotate daily and are $17.55 for two courses and a beer. Other options include salads, sandwiches, entrées like the skirt steak with hominy and roasted peppers, and sides like the Slow Dough pretzel and hand-cut fries. Obviously, many of the dishes are infused with Saint Arnold beer, and chef Ryan Savoie has most definitely included a Saint Arnold Root Beer float. See the full menu here. [Eaterwire]

GALVESTON— Take a look at the complete brunch menu at Eater brunch heatmap notable Number 13, which should be on the short list of options if you're spending Easter on the Island this year. Make reservations here, and see the complete menu here. [Eaterwire]

HEIGHTSRyan Pera and Morgan Weber's Coltivare is now open for weekend lunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Take a seat inside the tiny modern-rustic eatery, or opt for a seat on the outdoor patio for a nice view of the garden. On the menu are veggie-forward starters, the Coltivare Burger, fontina-topped Augusta Augustus Ranch beef, as well as some brunch-friendly pizza options. Of course, any brunch-like service must include the requisite refreshing cocktails, and Weber doesn't disappoint with a menu that includes the Rosedown made with Beefeater gin, St. Germaine, dry Vermouth, lemon and Violette among other classic boozy drinks.
