UPPER KIRBY— Beginning this weekend, Triniti's Saturday bakery pop-ups will conclude and make way for Saturday brunch. Pastry chef Samantha Mendoza has crafted a supplemental menu of baked goods, including a revolving set of breads and pastries all available for dine-in or to go. Like Sunday brunch, the Saturday service will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. See the brunch menu here. [Eaterwire]

SUGAR LAND— Just a reminder that the annual Sugar Land Wine & Food Affair will see its 11th installment on April 23 through 27, with seminars, "sip and strolls," and a bartender competition with $1,000 at stake. On April 25, chefs including Neal Cox and Jean-Philippe Gaston will cook at the Grand Tasting, the festival's signature event. Buy tickets here. [EaterWire]

GALLERIA— Chef Ben McPherson's The Bull & The Pearl will host its first supper club service April 15.
