UPPER KIRBY— Just after announcing his return to Houston, pastry chef Plinio Sandalio is gearing up to be a guest bartender at Triniti tomorrow (May 6) at 6 p.m. with all tips benefitting local baker Jody Stevens, who lost her home and belongings last Wednesday.
