Zagat mentions the "squash blossom soup ($9) and a poblano pepper filled with squash blossoms, Chihuahua cheese, squash and corn ($11)" while the Gastronaut mentions that the "blossoms are grown just for [owner Hugo] Ortega by a local farmer."
