NEGRONI WEEK— Several Houston bars will be participating in Negroni Week from June 2 to June 8. For each Negroni sold, $1 will go to 86 Cancer, a non-profit organization benefitting those in the service industry who have been diagnosed with cancer. The Houston spots taking part in this tasty week-long fundraiser are Coppa Osteria, Sorrel, Triniti, Down House, Goro & Gun, Lei Low, Brasserie 19, Reserve 101, Batanga, Beaver's, Grand Prize and Captain Foxheart's Bad News Bar & Spirit Lodge. Anvil and Pastry War's proceeds will benefit OKRA Charity Saloon. [Eaterwire]

MONTROSE— Newly opened Montrose bakery and cafe Common Bond is, much to many locals' chagrin, changing its hours. It will now be open Tuesday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; weekends from 9 a.m to 7 p.m. and it will be closed Mondays. [Eaterwire]

UPPER KIRBY— Head to Triniti tomorrow (June 3) at 4 p.m. for a clam bake and patio party. On offer will be fresh seafood and craft beer from sponsor Southern Star Brewing Co. More info here. [Eaterwire]
