Carnivores, take heart: The Five Days of Meat are here. From July 7 to July 11, Eater will be all about 'cue, steaks, barbacoa, burgers and all other things meat. There will be steakhouse maps, meat on a stick power hours, scenes from local meat-centric restaurants, whole-hog break down tutorials and interviews with some of the best meat-loving chefs around.
