DOWNTOWN— Tonight, Hotel Icon's Line & Lariat (220 Main St) transforms into a Cuban lounge for its second installment of Havana Nights. Held every third Tuesday this summer, revelers sway Latin beats while partaking in servings of Cuban fare. On the $10 and under menu this month: yucca fries, black beans and rice, garlic chicken wings and arroz con leche.
