Sandy Witch Shutters Its Grand Prize Outpost

Late-night sandwich shop Sandy Witch announced its closure today. Owner Anthony Calleo, also of Pi Pizza Truck, tells CultureMap of the Grand Prize Bar kitchen outpost: ""We never could get the sales to be what they needed to be for it to stay open given how much time it takes me." For now, he intends to focus on his pizzas, but plans for a brick-and-mortar Sandy Witch are still in the works.
