There is, however, a new name in the house: Ja'Nel Witt, of Hell's Kitchen fame, and she has doubled down on the menu's paleo emphasis. And there's no need to skip the last course: Pastry chef Alyssa Dole is adding to the vegan and paleo desserts available: "25 percent of our guests request paleo desserts, but a lot of diners will have the paleo and raw vegan desserts even if they do not have any dietary restrictions."
