Behind-the-Scenes Look at the Roca Brothers In Houston

One of the world's best restaurants descended on Houston this week, and it was glorious. Sommelier Josep Roca, chef Joan Roca and pastry chef Jordi Roca, the talented trio behind No. 2 best restaurant in the world El Celler de Can Roca, launched the Roca World Tour at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston's Rienzi Monday night. It's part of the six-city, BBVA-backed tour of their Girona, Spain-based restaurant.
