Popular Vietnamese truck Les Ba'Get now joins the growing list of food trucks upgrading to brick-and-mortar locales. Owners announced the expansion this month via its Twitter page. According to CultureMap, that was the plan all along, as the owners admitted that their food truck was always intended to be a way to create a following for their menu before they committed to a permanent location. Fans of Les Ba'Get's menu can look forward to the opening of their Vietnamese bistro on 1717 Montrose.
