Erin Smith's Main Kitchen Opens Tomorrow

The Clumsy Butcher alum's new spot will soon start serving in on Main Street.

Erin Smith, the former culinary director for the Clumsy Butcher restaurant group is preparing to open her new restaurant, Main Kitchen, within the soon-to-open JW Marriot Hotel at 801 Main Street. Joining Smith in the kitchen will be Sharon Gofreed, an Uchi alum.

Main Kitchen at JW Marriot is set to open on Wednesday, September 24.
