Menil Collection's new restaurant Bistro Menil is set to open very soon— this month— in Montrose. Housed in an arts-and-crafts-style bungalow, the restaurant is helmed by Greg Martin, previously of Cafe Annie. It's opening initially for dinner only— plus beer and wine in a program designed by beverage director Sean Essex— but will soon be serving Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
