Newly appointed to the executive chef position at Galveston's Number 13 is chef Chris Loftis, who started with the restaurant when it opened in December as sous chef. Since he took over the kitchen this summer, he's been changing the menu, which includes 28-day dry-aged steak and locally caught fish. Head in for lunch, dinner, or Sunday brunch.
