of NewQuest Properties confirmed World of Beer will take over the property later this year. The Tampa-based beer bar chain is known for its focus on craft beers and highlighting local breweries, similar to Southern beer emporium chain The Flying Saucer. No word yet if this location will serve food like its other two Houston-area locations in Katy and Sugar Land, but it's likely since the space includes a kitchen.
