Bill Sadler, owner of Arturo's Uptown Italian, clears up rumors that his Galleria-area restaurant is closing. Earlier this week, rumors began to spread that Sadler would close his Italian eatery and Lasco Enterprises of nearby neighboring wine bar, The Tasting Room, would move in. Sadler confirms previous reports that Arturo's isn't closing permanently, instead relocating. According to CultureMap, the restauranteur is in negotiations with Lasco but isn't holding out hope that they'll strike a deal based on past experience with potential buyers over the years. Whether Sadler and Lasco settle on an agreement or not, the restaurant group responsible for Max's Wine Dive is moving full steam ahead with its Tex-Mex and tequila bar concept, tentatively named Anejo.
