Food critic and freelancer Mai Pham is enamored with Houston's newest Korean fried chicken spot Dak & Bop from Jason Cho. Opened for nearly a month and a half, the Houston Press writer takes a first look at the Museum District restaurant where she was very fond of the "super crispy skin" on the chicken — diners can choose from wings, drummetes or strips and choice of sauce. Could it be better than The Toreore inside Super H-Mart? Inventive cocktails like the Blackberry Chili Margarita from up and coming bartender and bar manager Justin Livingstone, gives it a big edge.
