Dak & Bop's Korean Fried Chicken is Worth the Wait

Does The Toreore have serious competition in Houston?

Food critic and freelancer Mai Pham is enamored with Houston's newest Korean fried chicken spot Dak & Bop from Jason Cho. Opened for nearly a month and a half, the Houston Press writer takes a first look at the Museum District restaurant where she was very fond of the "super crispy skin" on the chicken diners can choose from wings, drummetes or strips and choice of sauce. Could it be better than The Toreore inside Super H-Mart? Inventive cocktails like the Blackberry Chili Margarita from up and coming bartender and bar manager Justin Livingstone, gives it a big edge.
