Crisp/Facebook

Each week, members of The Woodlands/Spring Area, TX Foodie Group and Woodlands Area Foodies take to Facebook to complain about the lack of restaurants in their area. The overall consensus is less restaurant chains and more quality local restaurant like their neighbors in Houston. The restaurant group behind the Midtown bars Pub Fiction, Celtic Garden and 3rd Floor as well as Beer Market Co. have heard the groups' cries loud and clear.

CultureMap reports the group is set to open an outpost of its Heights eatery Crisp in The Woodlands. Crisp is expected to open in March with enough room to seat 120 inside and 50 on the patio. The menu will be the same as the Houston location, with wine and beers on tap.
