Houstonians know the classically French-trained chef Jose Hernandez most recently as the executive chef at Radio Milano in the CityCentre but if you've been around for a while you know his resume is seasoned with some of the best restaurants in town including Etoile, Gravitas, Triniti and Philippe.
Chef Hernandez stepped into the role at Radio Milano, an upscale Italian restaurant inside Hotel Sorella in the CityCenter complex in Houston's west side. At the time, it was a major announcement as the hotel looked to reinvent the space which included a separate bar as well as making the restaurant more of a night club after 10pm.
"After nearly a year and a half as Executive Chef of Radio Milano, Jose Hernandez is leaving his post to focus on personal endeavors and family. At this time Hernandez has not announced what future projects he plans to pursue but Radio Milano wishes him profound success in his future ventures. Radio Milano will announce who will step into the position of Executive Chef and be charged with leading the next culinary chapter of a great restaurant once a candidate is decided upon."
Stay tuned for updates.
