Bramle To Host Opening Throwdown With A Whole Pig Feast

Chef Randy Rucker's Bramble has enjoyed a very welcome reception to the after a soft opening last summer and Houstonia compared it to the quality of Underbelly, Pax Americana and Coltivare. To celebrate they are hosting a grand opening bash on Sunday November 15, from 6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.

Mark your calendars and head out to Spring Branch for live music from Panic Stricken and chef Rucker will be overseeing a ritual roasting of a whole hog pig.
