Chef Rishi Singh was credited with creating one of the first pop-up dinner concepts at his former home, Boheme, called Test Kitchen Tuesdays. Not only was this a fresh idea and concept but it was truly extraordinary because Singh was running the entire event from a tiny food truck parked out back, not a full size kitchen.
Eater reported Singh's arrival at Batanga last March, and it appears that as part of the new direction with overseeing the adored tapas menu he is bringing Test Kitchen Tuesdays with him, and this time with a full kitchen.
