David sourced a fair trade organic coffee from Chiapas, Mexico that he tasted together with the folks from MALK and decided had the most complimentary flavors to the pecan milk and molasses. David helped them design the brew ratio and roast profile to make the best possible example of this product type they could. David believes it's one of the first Cold Pressure Pasteurized products on the market in this sector, which preserves the integrity of the coffee's flavor.
