Goode Co. is well known throughout Houston for it's iconic restaurants of all things Texas: Bar-b-q, Tex-Mex, Gulf seafood and of course the famed Armadillo Palace. The family-owned band will soon launch the reintroduction of the Upper Kirby jaunt, after completing a major overhaul and undertaking of renovation.
The popular Houston-based restaurant known for live entertainment and Southern comfort food will nearly triple in size with new indoor and outdoor stages, a beer garden, and a cocktail bar, along with a fully re-imagined menu. Armadillo Palace will remain open during construction and introduce the new space and menu in early 2016.
"We're excited to continue to grow with the community and offer more space to enjoy good music and great food, right here in the neighborhood our family has been so lucky to be part of for more than three decades," said Levi Goode, president of Goode Company Restaurants. "We're confident our guests will love the expanded space and dishes, and we look forward to welcoming everyone to the new restaurant early next year."
