HEIGHTS — Eater Chef of the Year 2015 nominee Ryan Pera and Morgan Weber of Revival Market and Coltivare announce the launch of Agricole Hospitality, the new parent company which will umbrella all restaurants and catering operations.

This move brings a few changes, primarily the end of dinner service at Revival Market, but brings the expansion of special events and catering capacity. In other words you can still stop in to shop and take advantage of their delicious breakfast or lunch menus, but the space will continue to double as a venue for shopping, catering prep and cooking classes.

"We were committed to a family-oriented bistro with well-sourced foods, but there hasn't been the supper demand that we expected. Meanwhile, the requests for us to continue popular neighborhood events such as our butchery and cooking classes, to resume the fine dining series, and to do private dinner parties have continued unabated. We have been turning down private event opportunities on a weekly basis because we don't like to close the restaurants to our regular diners. This direction makes the most sense for us and the neighborhood."

Meanwhile, they have been busy working on 8-Row Flint also in the Heights and we expect an opening announcement soon. Stay tuned.
