JuiceLand, a Texas-owned Juice Bar expands with newest location at White Oak Drive and Heights Boulevard this January. JuiceLand owner Matt Shook has announced that he will open the first Houston location of his Austin-based juice bar this January. As the first location in Texas outside of Austin, JuiceLand will share a building with community-driven yoga studio, Black Swan Yoga, and will be open in time to help Houstonians kick the new year off with a healthy start.

"JuiceLand, which has locations in Austin and Brooklyn prides itself on being a fountain of freshness in a world of fast food," said JuiceLand founder, Matt Shook. "We serve organic vegetable juices and superfood smoothies, along with vegan grab-n-go food. We couldn't be more excited to invite all of our friends and fans in the Houston area to enjoy this fresh new gathering place for wellness."

Guests at the Houston location will enjoy the beloved JuiceLand menu, which is consistent through all 15 locations, including JuiceLand's store in Brooklyn, New York. Named one of the "Best Juice Bars" in the country by Food & Wine magazine, sample menu items include favorites such as the Originator with fresh apple juice, banana, blueberry, cherry, peanut butter, rice protein, spirulina and flax oil; Bambaataa with fresh pineapple juice, banana, mango, hemp protein, coconut oil, spirulina and raw almonds; and Vegetable Kingdom with fresh apple juice, carrot, beet, spinach, lemon, mango, cherry and spirulina.
