Something's Brewing Next Door to Prohibition

Liam Pham and Anh Mai's swanky Prohibition Supperclub & Bar, open for less than six months, has brought roaring 20's style and glamour to Downtown's eclectic nighttime offerings. Serving up opulence dishes from the kitchen of Ben McPherson and titillating cocktails from Lainey Collum, the owners of the ritzy bar are embarking on their next journey.

Leaving the world of cocktails behind at Prohibition, Pham and Mai are joining Houston's booming craft beer scene. Next door, the duo are busy working on their upcoming beer garden currently hidden underneath paper covered windows. The bar, tentatively named Conservatory Underground Beer Garden, is expected to have an old-school vibe that's in line with Prohibition. Pham and Mai are keeping mum on additional details but expect to hear more once Conservatory nears its anticipated summer opening.
