Rocco Nankervis is the new executive chef at The Oceanaire in the Galleria. The Miami native is no stranger to Landry owned restaurants, having worked at The Oceanaire in his hometown before relocating to Houston. Nankervis' previous kitchen stints included Ritz-Carlton in Fort Lauderdale and the Waldorf Astoria in Naples. The Le Cordon Bleu trained chef plans to incorporate his South Florida upbringing along with his Greek and Italian ancestry into the menu, creating a customized menu for the Houston restaurant.
