With nearly ten days to go until Jackson Street BBQ's opening, co-owners Bryan Caswell and Bill Floyd are providing a peek inside their long-awaited project. Little Bigs, the casual slider eatery owned by both men, released the above photo on Facebook, which shows the progress inside their forthcoming downtown restaurant.
The interior of the smokehouse is equivalent to the color scheme first revealed on its logo: red and silver. Walls appear to be covered in metallic-colored aluminum siding with wooden framing painted in red. A cafeteria-style serving area is also shown in the picture.
Jackson Street BBQ, the joint partnership combining the talents of Caswell, Floyd and Greg Gatlin of Gatlin's Barbecue is expected to open March 8th.
