Bill Hutchinson's Pizaro's Pizza Napoletana is gearing up to open in Montrose soon, according to a photo and video on Instagram. The video shows the prepping and dining area with the wood-fired twin ovens in place. Although it appears the pizzeria has some ways to go, it's a significant improvement from January when frame work was the only sign of progress. Pizaro's expects to have everything in place by mid-March.

A Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) Certified Master pizzaiolo, Hutchinson opened the first location for authentic Napoletana pizza in 2011 on Houston's west side. Using housemade mozzarella, imported flour from Italy and San Marzano tomatoes, the minimalistic pie will find a new wave of fans once opening on the bustling corner of West Gray and Montrose.

Pizaro's II is almost finished!!!
