MIDTOWN — Check out what's in store on El Big Bad's upcoming spring menu at tonight's pop-up dinner at Glitter Karaoke. Bring your appetite because you'll want to try all three items El Big Bad chef Jonathan Jones will sling your way. On the menu: "nacho fries" (chile con queso, chorizo, spicy pickled veggies, jalisco hot sauce, smokey crema), honey morita wings (sweet, sour, smokey hot wings, sesame seeds, queso cotija) and tacos ahogados (smothered black bean & Cochinita Pibil tacos with spicy pickled red onions). EVENT WIRE — SweetWater Brewing Company's Houston launch week continues with more official and unofficial events around town. Swing by Hans Bier Haus and Taps House of Beers between 4:20 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. for 420 Extra Pale Ale and more.
