Television Bandits Remain at Large as James Coney Island Crime Spree Continues

Local hot dog chain wants justice for smash and grab burglaries.

James Coney Island -- also known as JCI Grill -- is the victim of a rash of television burglaries that have taken place at various locations for a year, costing $25,000 in damages. The latest occurrence was early Wednesday morning at 5730 Hollister, according to KPRC. Security footage caught a man stealing a flat screen tv from the wall, before fleeing the crime scene. Some of the thefts were caught on camera but arrests have not been made.
