A few days ago, a tipster noticed a listing for Tinto Grill on Loopnet. Worried their favorite Argentinian restaurant from Pampa Grill owners Mauro and Aura Perez was in danger of closing, the tipster reached out to see what's going on.
The 10085 Long Point property was listed recently with the following message to interested parties:
All kitchen equipment is included. Currently up and running business!
Absolutely No talk to employees!
Call for detail information
Great opportunity to open Korean Restaurant/ Vietnam noodle place.
Thankfully, Tinto's Grill isn't going anywhere. Three days ago, Alex Farrera took over the lease and confirmed he is keeping the concept in place. Although the Perez's declined to speak on the matter, Farrera assures everything will remain the same, down to the recipes. So breathe a sigh of relief knowing that Tinto Grill remains an option, especially when the wait for an open table at crowded Pampa Grill becomes too much to bear.
