Like brunch but tend to miss out after a night of painting the town red? Or maybe you crave a late night breakfast where IHOP, Waffle House or Denny's aren't your only options. The good folks at MAX's Wine Dive are bringing the best of late night and brunch together by serving your favorite weekend must-have before the crack of dawn.
The restaurant that made drinking champagne with fried chicken a thing is starting a new trend, offering diners a weekend late night brunch menu beginning February 6. Every Friday and Saturday, MAX's Wine Dive on Washington will provide an abbreviated version of its daytime brunch menu from 11:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m . Selections include Southern fried chicken wings dish with corn-jalapeño cornbread griddle cakes, decadent red velvet pancakes, crème brûlée battered French toast and eggs served any style. While not apart of the new menu, classic upscale comfort dishes such as MAX's Southern Fried Chicken and Fried Egg Sandwich will be available from the dinner menu.
