February 7 is National Pisco Sour Day (who knew?) and while most associate pisco with that particular cocktail, there's much more to know about the South American spirit quickly gaining popularity across the country. In the above video, Bar Boheme's beverage director Hal Brock sheds some light on the grape brandy primarily produced in Chile and Peru. Although the bright and delicate spirit can be a challenge, Brock displays the versatility of pisco in making the bar's signature cocktail, The Inca.
