Market Square newcomer Henke & Pillot has nabbed David Grossman to consult on its food menu, according to Houston Chronicle. Grossman, chef and co-owner of Fusion Taco next door, developed a menu as sophisticated as the sultry lounge itself. Bangkok-style cape cod mussels in a red curry coconut broth; blistered shishito peppers with meyer lemon and cyprus lava salt, and roasted vinaloo veal marrow are a sampling of shareable plates offered, along with oysters served on the half shell. Items on the menu, which rolled out this week, range from $5 to $15.
