Opening for PJ's Coffee in the Heights Delayed

PJ's Coffee of New Orleans won't open this month as expected. Houston Business Journal reports the Louisiana import was scheduled to begin brewing in Cottage Grove  February 6 but changed course. No word on an opening timeline for the chain's first stand alone coffeehouse in Houston. In the meantime, those jonesing for a sip of the New Orelans brew can get their fix at PJ's Coffee's outlet inside Royal Sonesta Hotel in the Galleria area.
