BuffBurger, the burger restaurant near Memorial, is officially open. Located in the Shoppes at Memorial Village center at 1014 Wirt, the eatery is a first for London expat Paul Burden. The concept focuses on locally sourced produce and meats, including all natural and sustainable ingredients. Using beef from 44 Farms, BuffBurger crafts its sandwiches with buns made in-house and made-from-scratch condiments.
Offering an edited selection of burgers in order to maintain the high quality it strives for, BuffBurger's menu includes: a traditional burger with tomatoes, lettuce, and onions; a goat cheese burger served with an onion jam and blue cheese burger. Additionally, the burger restaurant will provide seasonal offerings. Classic shakes are on the menu as well and craft beer will be available. BuffBurger is partnering with Buffalo Bayou Brewery for its curated roster of brews. Burger pairing suggestions are in the works.
BuffBurger will open Sundays to Thursdays from 11 a.m. - 9 p..m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
