It used to be that everyone wanted to be just like Chicago Bull's Michael Jordan in the 90's, but nowadays the latest infatuation is Houston Texans' J.J. Watt. The defensive end player is humble, charitable, hard-working, and most of all has great taste in food.
Last evening, Watt turned over the interview reigns to fans on Twitter and as expected, was quickly bombarded with questions. Among the top questions asked to the all-star football player regarded his favorite restaurant in Houston:
@JJWatt favorite place to eat at in houston?

That's right, Ronnie Killen's eponymous barbecue restaurant outside of Houston. The 6'5 ft defensive end has praised the Pearland smokehouse from day one, frequenting the smokehouse routinely that bears his signature on the restaurant's wall. He's not alone. Killen's Barbecue has received recogintion from Food and Wine and most recently named the top 25 best new eateries in the country by GQ magazine for its slow-cooked briskets and fall-of-the-bone ribs.
Next time you get a hankering for something to fill you up, step away from the Gatorade and eat barbecue like Watt at Killen's Barbecue.
