Late-night sugar cravings, prepare to be sated: Sprinkles in Highland Village will soon be home to the marvel of modern technology known as the cupcake ATM. CultureMap's Eric Sandler says the 24-hour cupcake dispensing machine will be up and running June 11.
Sprinkles is also making some other additions to its Houston outpost: It's rolling out house-baked cookies and ice cream, which means sugar fiends will be able to indulge in over-the-top creations like cupcake sundaes, cookie ice cream sandwiches, and milkshakes with an entire cupcake blended into them because hey, why the hell not. Expect cookie varieties like peanut butter pretzel chip and salted oatmeal cornflake, and ice cream flavors such as malted milk chocolate and coffee fudge almond that can be scooped into red velvet waffle cones.
Per CultureMap, Sprinkles will shutter May 12 through May 19 to accommodate the new additions. (Perhaps that'd be a good week to do a juice fast in preparation.)
