Paper Co — the coffee shop turned cafe inside chic hipster mega-church Ecclesia — is switching up their menus in a big way. In addition to this sleek new coffee list, the Paper Co. kitchen is trading in its semi-regular dinner service for daily lunch.
To quickly recap, Paper Co. began pop-up dining experiences with some of Houston's most revered chefs (Monica Pope, Domenica Catelli, Hong Thaimee, etc.) in 2014. Soon after, they began toying with a full-on dinner menu. As far as the latest lunch offering goes, expect a "Houston Homestyle" menu with Asian, Mexican, and American South influences from chef David Foong. Don't miss the sautéed Pasta, an homage to Foong's Singapore roots with a twist from the American south. There's also a special "Daily Common Meal," which allows diners on a budget to pay what they can.
For the present future, Paper Co. will serve dinner on Saturday and Sunday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Lunch service is Monday through Friday beginning at 11 a.m. Fong says brunch will pop up in about three months. Let us know if you've tried the latest goods in comments.
